Ningbo Yonghe Electronics 2026 Annual Work Launch Conference Successfully Held on December 30, 2025 A total of 28 members of the company's board of directors and middle-to-senior management personnel gathered together in neat attire and a high-spirited, forging-ahead mindset to attend this annual grand event marking the transition from the old to the new. The conference was hosted by He Yinghua, Assistant to the Chairman.

At the opening of the conference, Zhou Huiguo, Chairman of the company, delivered an address. He made arrangements for the launch of 2026 annual work, conducted an in-depth interpretation of the company's future strategic planning, set the direction and charted the course for the "155 Plan", and further clarified the long-term development path of the enterprise.

Subsequently, Wang Guoping, General Manager, delivered the Report of the General Manager on Ningbo Yonghe Electronics Co., Ltd. [2025] Annual Work and 2026 Work Plan. The report comprehensively reviewed the 2025 annual operating results, put forward precise 2026 annual business objectives, and simultaneously announced the organizational structure optimization plan and staff establishment & post allocation for the new year, laying a solid foundation for the launch of work in the coming year.

In the third agenda item, He Yinghua, Assistant to the Chairman, gave a detailed report on the updated organizational structure of the company, inter-departmental coordination mechanism, as well as the progress of special work such as the Safety Emergency Inspection Team and the Trade Secret Leading Group. The report was submitted to all participants for discussion and review to build consensus on management.

Based on the background of the adjustment of the company's equity structure, two representatives—Liu Guotao from the System Department and Zhang Chaolei, Head of the Third R&D Department—put forward cross-departmental rationalization proposals focusing on standardized operation and management, contributing wisdom to the enterprise's management optimization and efficiency improvement. Immediately afterwards, Yu Yi, Head of the Company Youth League, reported on the preparation work for the league's establishment and the follow-up operation plan, demonstrating the vibrant vitality of the youth force in empowering enterprise development.

At the closing stage of the conference, Wang Guoping, General Manager, responded to the questions raised by each person in charge one by one. He fully affirmed the proactive ownership spirit of all participants, and advocated that all staff should unite their efforts and pool their wisdom to make positive contributions to the development of the enterprise.

Finally, Zhou Huiguo, Chairman, delivered a concluding speech.
